Submissions

How can writing be used as a tool of coping and self-reflection? We are partnering with the Dear Me Project, a global initiative who aims to combat the rising crisis in teen anxiety in mental health through writing positively and lovingly to oneself. Submissions do not have to start with the phrase "Dear Me," but should address writing's therapeutic abilities in some way.

To get involved more, contact Dear Me Project founder Alessandra Silapan at 087878780112.
